Cranberry & Blackcurrant Velvet Ice Cream

Everyone will love this flavourful Cranberry and Blackcurrant ice-cream and it’s ohhh so easy to make.  Simply take our delicious Baker Halls & Co.’s Cranberry & Blackcurrant fruit syrup and combine with the taste of fresh cream, lemon and sugar to make this yummy ice-cream.

1 cup Baker Halls Cranberry & Blackcurrant
2 cups double cream lightly beaten
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 cup caster sugar

Mix everything together.
Pour into a deep baking dish or bowl made of plastic, stainless steel or something durable suitable for the freezer.
Leave for at least Four minutes to set
